Toll Bar Academy in North East Lincolnshire is a large secondary school with over 2000 children, many of whom use their cycles to come to school from outlying rural areas.

Cycle parking provision had been limited to cycle racks, and the school was looking to provide more secure and weather=protected options for the pupils who used their bikes.

OUR SOLUTION

Our popular Hamble Shelter was chosen as a cost-effective solution and the project included:

  • 10 cycle Hamble shelter and a 5 stand rack
  • 20 cycle Hamble shelter and two 5 stand racks
  • 30 cycle Hamble shelter and three 5 stand racks

The shelters were fitted into concrete pockets.

The project was completed in 4 weeks with onsite installation only taking 3 days.
